Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-Off Period: The period of fourteen (14) calendar days during which the Consumer may exercise their Right of Withdrawal.
Consumer: Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession who enters into a Distance Contract with the Company.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuous Contract: A Distance Contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time.
Durable Medium: Any instrument enabling information to be stored for future reference and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal: The Consumer’s legal right to withdraw from a Distance Contract within the Cooling-Off Period.
Distance Contract: A contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties under an organized system for distance sales.
General Terms and Conditions: The present Terms and Conditions of the Company.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded between the Company and Consumers.
- By placing an order, the Consumer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and applicable EU legislation.
Article 4 – The Offer
- All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance do not constitute a defect.
- Obvious errors or pricing mistakes are not binding.
- The offer clearly states:
- Total price including VAT
- Shipping costs
- Delivery timeframe
- Payment methods
- Whether the Right of Withdrawal applies
Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement
- The agreement is concluded when the Consumer accepts the offer and payment is successfully processed.
- The Company shall confirm the order electronically.
- Orders are subject to product availability.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect information.
Article 6 – Pre-Orders
- Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
- Delivery times for pre-orders are indicative and may vary due to production or supply chain factors.
- By placing a pre-order, the Consumer acknowledges and accepts extended delivery timeframes.
- Pre-orders remain subject to statutory consumer rights under EU and Spanish law.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
- The Cooling-Off Period starts the day after the Consumer receives the product.
- The Consumer must notify the Company in writing (via email) within the 14-day period.
- After notification, the product must be returned within fourteen (14) days.
Article 8 – Strict Returns & Hygiene Policy
In order to protect hygiene standards and product integrity, returns are accepted under the following strict conditions:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must not have been slept under.
- The product must not have been washed.
- The product must show no signs of use, including but not limited to stains, odors (including perfume), make-up traces, pet hair, or other marks.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The hygiene seal must remain intact and unbroken.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, removal or damage of the hygiene seal voids the right of return.
The Consumer may only handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to what would be permitted in a physical retail store.
If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, the Company reserves the right to:
- Refuse the return; or
- Deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value in accordance with applicable law.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after the Company has received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
Article 9 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Products manufactured according to Consumer specifications;
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Products that deteriorate rapidly;
- Fully performed services with prior Consumer consent.
Article 10 – Prices
- All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust prices.
- Price changes do not affect concluded contracts.
- The Company is not bound by manifest pricing errors.
Article 11 – Conformity and Legal Warranty
- Products must conform to the agreement.
- Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee under Spanish law (currently three years for consumer goods).
- Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
- Warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Improper use;
- Damage due to misuse or external causes.
Article 12 – Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the Consumer.
- Delivery times are indicative unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Risk transfers upon physical receipt by the Consumer.
- If delivery exceeds 30 days without agreement, the Consumer may terminate the contract.
Article 13 – Payment
- Payment methods are displayed at checkout.
- The Consumer must provide accurate payment details.
- In case of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend performance and claim reasonable recovery costs.
Article 14 – Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after discovery.
- The Company will respond within 14 days.
- If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
- EU Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Article 15 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Consumer’s country of residence within the European Union.
